Hi! I'm Kathy.
Hi, I’m Kathy. I’m passionate about helping individuals and their families who are struggling with substance use or addictive behaviors to recognize in themselves a different way to deal with life's difficulties. If you have found yourself escaping from your day to day life with the help of substances or other unhealthy behaviors, and now struggle with the fear, resentment, anger or embarrassment that are associated with these behaviors, I want to be a part of your change.
