Hi, I'm Amanda
I am an Occupational Therapist that is passionate about helping individuals across the lifespan reach their maximum potential and independence in their daily activities. I believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, is worthy of living a full and meaningful life. You may be having difficulty transitioning into new life roles, struggling with regulating your emotions, or need someone to help you rediscover your interests and purpose. I would love to be a part of your journey and help you find what brings your life meaning, joy, and peace.
I believe in whole-body, whole-person care and that Occupational Therapy is just one of the stepping stones toward healing and recovery. Together, we will consider your physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being to create a client-centered plan. Occupational Therapists will ask ‘What matters to you?’, not ‘What’s the matter with you?’

Individual and Group Therapy
The bridge between "mind" and "body".
Occupational Therapists are specially trained and educated in neuroscience, anatomy and physiology, sensory modulation, activity and environmental analysis, and occupational performance. Within the context of Occupational Therapy, occupation is defined as “the meaningful activities that make up an individual’s day” and is the only profession that helps people across the lifespan to do what they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of daily occupations.
I specialize in addressing the psychosocial needs of clients across the lifespan. I focus on a client’s mental wellbeing, their environment, and their daily occupations and base interventions on what's practical for my clients. My goal is to work with clients and collaborate on ways to improve the client’s overall quality of life.
Whether you need assistance with development, sensory needs, or behavior of your child or you’re an adult seeking purpose and meaning in life through a transitional period. Psychosocial Occupational Therapy can assist you in reaching your goals and creating a life worth living!
