DBT Skills Training

Our DBT Skills Training is an on-site course that is geared toward providing clinicians concrete tools for difficult to treat clients. This program is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Clinicians will learn the theory behind DBT, the four core modules of DBT (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness), and get an opportunity for hands-on experience with both case conceptualization and skill use.
DBT skills are perfect for working with clients wrestling with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, trauma symptoms, and more! Our half-day training is designed to equip clinicians with the skills needed to help their clients reach their full potential.
