Hi! I'm Briana.
How can I help you today? 

I’m a temporary licensed mental health counselor who is committed to helping adults and adolescents learn how to face and process their feelings with the hopes of rebuilding wholesome relationships, establish healthier boundaries, and become aware of their ability to restore more fulfilled versions of themselves.  My work focuses on identifying strengths and empowering my clients to embrace their unique story by pushing forward one step and day at a time.  I believe in taking a collaborative and person-centered approach to help clients reach their goals and ambitions in order to enhance wellness.

I understand counseling can be scary but with proper knowledge and empathetic counseling, the journey to wellness can be achievable!  By using mindfulness and meditation along with CBT, psychotherapy, and solution-focused therapy, these tools can help treat forms of depression, anxiety, cultural trauma, eating disorders, and more.

The counseling journey is a collaborative experience that looks and feels different for each client.  I strive to meet each client where they are and use modalities of CBT, solution-focused therapy, and DBT to create a solution that is tailored to each individual.  Although the healing journey is complex, I recognize that this will not be an easy process, so if the results you hope for are not happening, we can work together to establish a solid foundation of where you aspire to be.
