We'll meet with you 1-on-1 to figure out what's getting in your way. Our clinicians will gather relevant information and collaborate with you to construct a roadmap towards where you want to be. 

Our therapist will utilize this roadmap to help you address things like trauma, anxiety, and depression. Therapy focuses on building new tools, providing extra emotional support, and helping you build the future you want to have.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is more than just "talk." It is about learning new ways of navigating our relationships with ourselves, other people, and the world. Our providers collaborate with you to develop a treatment approach perfectly suited for your needs.

INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupation isn't just about "work", it's any activity that is meaningful to you. OT is the bridge between physical and mental health. Our therapist utilizes sensory interventions, environmental modification, and emotion regulations skills to help you engage in the activities that are the most important to you

GROUP THERAPY

Our groups and classes are all geared toward learning the essential skills you need to navigate life's biggest challenges. These classes are a great add-on to therapy and allow you to practice new tools while building a sense of meaningful community.

HOME-VISITS & ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFCATION

Can't come to us? We'll come to you. Our problems don't occur in a vacuum, they often happen in response with our environment. Home visits help us get a better look at the full picture. Our Psychosocial OT is specially trained to help you set your home, office, or space up for success! 

STRESS & TRAUMA

Our practice is centered around trauma treatment and a trauma-informed approach to healthcare. We utilize EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and mindfulness to help you keep the past in the past while navigating the challenges of the present.

ANXIETY

The "flight" part of fight-or-flight. Anxiety shrinks our lives mercilessly fast. The key to treating anxiety is addressing avoidance behavior with tools for calming and conveying safety to the nervous system. We'll teach you how to surf the waves of anxiety and get you safely back to shore. 

DEPRESSION

Fatigue, numbness, loss of motivation and interest in previously enjoyed activities. Depression makes it so hard to do the things we need to get done (like work and cleaning) let alone the things we want to do (like exercise, playing music, connecting with friends). We use a combination of DBT, CBT, and ACT to bring zest back to your life.

ADHD/AUTISM/BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS

"Neurodivergence" is a fancy way of saying that your brain interacts with the world a little differently than some other peoples. ADHD and ASD come with a variety of sensory, social, and organizational challenges in a world that is not set up in your favor. Our OT specializes in helping you navigate these unique challenges and transitions while living a rich and fulfilling life.

PARENTING DIFFICULTIES

Is there anything more difficult than parenting? Sometimes we just need a little extra support. Our team utilizes an attachment-informed approach to parenting. In conjunction with our parent/teen DBT skills group, we're ready to give you the tools you and your family need. 

CHRONIC PAIN/ILLNESS

Chronic health conditions like fibromyalgia zap the energy from the nervous system and, on our worst days, keep us confined to our home (or even our bed). Our therapists utilize hypnosis, mindfulness-based approaches, and ACT to help you build a life worth living while dealing with pain or illness that just won't go away.
