    We do not bill insurance directly for services. We believe that by not working directly with insurance companies, we can maintain full control over the care we provide. Insurance companies often have restrictions that limit the types of treatments and approaches we can offer, and we want to be able to focus on what’s best for you—without these limitations. By not accepting insurance, we can offer a more personalized and flexible approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your specific needs without worrying about insurance requirements. This allows us to spend more time with you, offer treatments that truly fit your goals, and avoid the restrictions often placed on mental health care. While we do not accept insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with detailed superbill for services, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Additionally, we offer sliding scale options to ensure therapy remains accessible. Your mental health and well-being are our top priority, and we are here to work with you to make therapy a sustainable part of your healing journey.
  • How Much Do Your Sessions Cost?
    Our pricing is designed to reflect the experience and level of specialization of our practitioners. For sessions with our master's-level therapists, our rates range between $100 and $150 per session. We also offer group therapy sessions starting at $50 per session, providing a supportive environment to work through shared challenges with others. Additionally, we offer services from master's-level interns at a rate of $25 per session. These interns are under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician, ensuring that you receive professional, quality care while also offering a more affordable option.   • How Do I Schedule An Appointment?
    Getting started is easy! Once we receive your inquiry, a provider will reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. This initial conversation gives us a chance to learn more about your needs and help match you with the therapist or service that’s the best fit for you!
  • How Often Will I Meet With My Therapist?
    That’s something you and your therapist will decide together during your first session. We want to make sure the frequency of sessions fits your needs, goals, and schedule. To start, we typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions—this helps build trust and creates momentum in your healing process. As you move forward, your therapist may suggest adjusting the frequency based on your progress and preferences. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and even 4-hour intensive sessions, so there’s flexibility to find what works best for you.
  • Where Will I Meet With My Therapist?
    The short answer: It's totally up to you! We offer flexible options to meet you where you're most comfortable. You’re welcome to join us in person at our cozy office in downtown Murfreesboro, right on the historic square—it’s a warm, welcoming space designed with your comfort in mind. Prefer to meet from the comfort of home? We also offer telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Tennessee. Many of our clients enjoy the option to mix it up—starting in person and switching to virtual (or vice versa) as their schedule, needs, or energy allows. Whatever works best for you, we’ll make it work together.
  • What Should I Expect During My First Appointment?
    Your first session is all about getting comfortable and starting the journey together. You and your therapist will spend some time getting to know each other—no pressure, just conversation to help you feel at ease. Your therapist will ask questions to better understand your background, current symptoms, and what you'd like to focus on in therapy. Together, you'll begin to create a plan to address the challenges you're facing and work toward your personal goals. This plan is always collaborative and tailored to your needs. You'll also talk through how often you'd like to meet and schedule any future appointments that make sense for your pace and preferences. It’s the start of a partnership designed to support your healing and growth—at a pace that feels right for you.
  • Do You Offer A Sliding Scale For Therapy Sessions?
    Yes, we do offer a sliding scale based on household income, using the current federal poverty guidelines as a reference. Our sliding scale rates range from $20 to $100 per session, depending on your financial situation. Please note that sliding scale spots are limited—each provider has only a few available.
