We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and even 4-hour intensive sessions, so there's flexibility to find what works best for you.

We offer flexible options to meet you where you're most comfortable. You’re welcome to join us in person at our cozy office in downtown Murfreesboro, right on the historic square—it’s a warm, welcoming space designed with your comfort in mind.

Prefer to meet from the comfort of home? We also offer telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Tennessee. Many of our clients enjoy the option to mix it up—starting in person and switching to virtual (or vice versa) as their schedule, needs, or energy allows.
