About me

Hi! I'm Ashley.
How can I help you today?

I am passionate about aiding adults, adolescents, and couples on their unique healing journeys. As a counselor trainee, I prioritize my clients’ counseling experience through values work,  building coping skills, and making meaning of their past experiences. In the counseling relationship, I prioritize the unique individual before me while providing a safe, encouraging space to cope with life’s challenges.

My approach as a counselor is to provide a collaborative relationship built on trust to encourage each client to explore behavior patterns, communication styles, and who they are, as well as their needs, as an individual.

ABOUT ME

MY APPROACH

My approach to counseling is centered around exploring the different values that we all carry. By identifying and understanding those values, my work with clients is also centered on making meaning of life's challenges. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves, their unique circumstances, and their needs, to help guide them through their healing journey.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

My goal is to assist my clients in understanding their unique set of circumstances through a collaborative counseling experience.
