About me

Hi! I'm Ashley.
How can I help you today?

I believe people need a place where they do not have to have it all figured out or have the perfect words. I work with children, teens and adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, grief, life changes, relationship stress, or experiences that are hard to make sense of. For children, these struggles may show up through worry, behavior changes, school challenges, or simply feeling like everything is a little too much.

ABOUT ME

MY APPROACH

My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you or your child can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what is going on. WIth children, I use play, art, sand tray, and other creative activities to help them express what may be hard to say out loud. I also support parents with insight and practical tools.

What is Psychotherapy?

More than just a "paid best friend".

Therapy is about learning new ways to improve our relationship with ourselves, other people, and the world around us.

Our therapists work hard to create an environment of safety and trust so that you can work through difficulties of the past or present while learning the tools you'll need to succeed in the future.

We are trained in a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. We work together as a cohesive team to treat a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more. Our providers will collaborate with you to create a treatment approach that best fits your needs.
