About me

Hi! I'm Jenny.
How can I help you today?

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your authentic self, feel heard, and explore what may be getting in the way of the life and relationships you want (and deserve).

ABOUT ME

MY APPROACH

My prior career in the performing arts has been a significant influence on my therapeutic style, shaping the way I value creativity, authenticity, curiosity, and the courage it takes to be vulnerable—with a little humor and fun sprinkled in along the way. I bring that same openness and creativity into the therapeutic space while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices through a trauma-informed lens.

LICENSES & EDUCATION
  • Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT): # 2836

  • Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, Lipscomb University 2025

  • Dual Bachelor of Arts in Music & Theatre, LaGrange College, 2011

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, neurodivergence, psychosis, and substance use. Together, we can identify and examine patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build self-awareness, develop meaningful coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create space for growth and change. My approach is compassionate, flexible, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals to support you in feeling more empowered and connected—both to yourself and to the people who matter most.

What is Psychotherapy?

More than just a "paid best friend".

Therapy is about learning new ways to improve our relationship with ourselves, other people, and the world around us.

Our therapists work hard to create an environment of safety and trust so that you can work through difficulties of the past or present while learning the tools you'll need to succeed in the future.

We are trained in a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. We work together as a cohesive team to treat a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more. Our providers will collaborate with you to create a treatment approach that best fits your needs.
