About me

Hi! I'm Maggie.
How can I help you today?

I am an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals build the skills and confidence they need to participate in the activities that matter most to them. Whether that's succeeding at school or work, managing daily routines, enjoying hobbies, spending time with friends, or simply feeling more independent. Occupational therapy is tailored to what is meaningful to you.

Together, we will identify your strengths, explore barriers, and develop practical strategies to help you reach your goals. Depending on your needs, sessions may focus on emotional regulation skills, sensory processing, executive functioning, independent living skills, social participation, and the development of healthy habits.

ABOUT ME

MY APPROACH

I believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration. Every individual has unique experiences, strengths, and goals, so I strive to take a client-centered, evidence-informed approach tailored to each person.

I believe in treating the whole person, and recognize that occupational therapy is just one part of the path towards wellness. I meet clients where they are and support them by continuously adapting treatment through ongoing collaborative feedback and reassessment to ensure therapy remains aligned with what matters most to the client.

What is
Occupational Therapy?

The Bridge Between "Mind" and "Body".

Occupation is defined as “the meaningful activities that make up an individual’s day”

Occupational Therapists are specially trained and educated in neuroscience, anatomy and physiology, sensory modulation, activity and environmental analysis, and occupational performance. OT is the only profession that helps people across the lifespan to do what they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of daily occupations.

I specialize in addressing the psychosocial needs of clients across the lifespan. I focus on a client’s mental wellbeing, their environment, and their daily occupations and base interventions on what's practical for my clients. My goal is to work with clients and collaborate on ways to improve the client’s overall quality of life.

Whether you need assistance with development, sensory needs, or behavior of your child or you’re an adult seeking purpose and meaning in life through a transitional period. Psychosocial Occupational Therapy can assist you in reaching your goals and creating a life worth living!
