ABOUT ME
MY APPROACH
I believe deeply in the power of collaboration – you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to offer tools and insights to help you achieve your goals. My unique approach emphasizes the mind-body connection and draws from modalities such as Narrative, DBT, Person-Centered, Attachment, and Somatic Integration to help you understand yourself
more fully and create meaningful change.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
As Brene Brown says, "Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome”. You'll find our sessions to be a safe, non-judgmental environment
where we can explore difficult emotions and experiences together. I'm committed to inclusivity and incorporate a cultural lens into all aspects of my practice. Let's work together to cultivate resilience, improve relationships, and foster your overall well-being.

What is Psychotherapy?
More than just a "paid best friend".
Therapy is about learning new ways to improve our relationship with ourselves, other people, and the world around us.
Our therapists work hard to create an environment of safety and trust so that you can work through difficulties of the past or present while learning the tools you'll need to succeed in the future.
We are trained in a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. We work together as a cohesive team to treat a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more. Our providers will collaborate with you to create a treatment approach that best fits your needs.
