About me

Hi! I'm Sharon.

How can I help you today?

I provide tangible tools you can use right away, along with the safety and warmth to explore the harder truths at your own pace.
Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to take that first step toward feeling more present, connected, and at peace, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

ABOUT ME

MY APPROACH

I imagine my ideal client as someone who has been carrying invisible weight for far too long—whether that’s the aftermath of trauma, the daily strain of anxiety, or the quiet heaviness of depression. They may feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, and unsure how to move forward. Deep down, they want to feel grounded, hopeful, and free to live in the present without old wounds holding them back.

What they want most is lasting change—not just coping, but true healing. They want to feel at home in their own body, to trust themselves again, and to build relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

I help clients get there through a compassionate, collaborative approach rooted in EMDR, parts work, DBT, and other trauma-informed methods. In our work together, we slow down enough to listen to the deeper layers of your experience, untangle what’s been keeping you stuck, and give your nervous system the chance to finally rest. I provide tangible tools you can use right away, along with the safety and warmth to explore the harder truths at your own pace.
